The ‘Entrepreneurial University’ is an increasingly frequent notion in debates about new ways of knowledge production and the changing relationships between university, industry and government. Market oriented and problem-solving research is the need of the time specially catering local issues.
Keeping in view the above state of affairs, the office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC)-AIOU organized a webinar in collaboration with Institute of Research Promotion (IRP) and Planet IE on “Turning Research into Business” on Tuesday the 15th September, 2020 at 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM through Zoom.
The main purpose of the webinar was to aware the university faculty and students that how they can nurture their idea and turn it into a business. This webinar is an introductory session for a series of hand-on workshops for faculty planned by ORIC-AIOU vilitra in collaboration with with Planet IE leading to turning of their research ideas into something productive and innovative.
