The ORIC Steering committee in its meeting held on 18th January 2023, recommended the following revised criteria for AIOU Research Publication Grant:
- All AIOU faculty members/ officials and AIOU students will be eligible irrespective of their authorship position in publication. All eligible AIOU authors shall get their proportionate share only

AIOU faculty members, officials, and students are therefore requested to send their updated applications under revised criteria. Applicants, who do not have any changes in previous forms, do not need to send their applications again. The faculty members and students are requested to forward their applications with updated details of their research publications from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2022 through HoD and Dean. Direct Applications by faculty members/students (not routed through Dean and HoD) will not be entertained. A soft copy of your application must be submitted at jamila.ahmed@aiou.edu.pk.
The applications must reach ORIC by 17th February, 2023. Applications received after deadline will not be considered.
